Citron Emulator Hotkeys & Shortcuts

Hotkeys make a big difference once you get used to them. Instead of jumping through menus, you can pause, change display modes, tweak audio, or manage multiplayer instantly.

All of these are default bindings. If something feels awkward, you can change it anytime:

Pro Tips

Combo Logic
Controller combos usually mean hold Home, then press the second button.
Hold to Repeat
Volume shortcuts can keep repeating if you hold them down.
Remap Conflicts
If something clashes with Windows shortcuts or your controller layout, just remap it, way easier than forcing muscle memory.
Quick start: Memorize F4 (pause), F11 (fullscreen), and Ctrl + P (screenshot) first. These three cover most of what you’ll reach for during gameplay.
